Complaints

If you are not happy about something but are not sure if you want to make a formal complaint you can speak to a member of staff directly. Or you can contact the PALS Office on free phone 0800 731 2864. Alternatively click on the link below to inform us of what you were unhappy about (this can be done confidentially, or you can provide a name and telephone number).
