Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

We are working hard to follow government and NHS guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19 as best as possible. This means that we are currently unable to offer face to face appointments.

We are still offering a range of therapies online, over the phone and using skype, so please do make a referral here if you are happy to have therapy in this format >> referral form link.

I’m not sure about phone or video appointments

We have had lots of positive feedback about using therapy this way, so would recommend you to give it a try. We are still providing 1:1 therapy sessions with your allocated therapist, they are not done in a group and it is a real person! These appointments can be really flexible, so you can do them around your other commitments at home and if you are isolating.

If you only wish to have face to face appointments we would encourage you to get in contact once we resume face to face support (we expect the situation to remain the same for a while, potentially 2-3 months). You can keep up to date on developments here on the website.

About us

Lambeth Talking Therapies Service is part of the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service (IAPT). Our service is available to anyone 18 years and older registered with a Lambeth GP.

We offer talking therapies for people experiencing mild to moderate depression, general anxiety and worry, panic attacks, social anxiety, traumatic memories and obsessive compulsive disorder. We also offer help with other problems including anger, eating, and relationship or sexual difficulties.

If our service isn’t right for you, we’ll suggest alternatives that are more likely to meet your needs and put you in contact with an appropriate service.
