RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
We are working hard to follow NHS guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19 as best as possible. We are temporarily unable to offer face-to-face appointments at this time as a precautionary measure. We expect this to remain the situation for approximately 2-3 months.
During this time, we will offer digital on-line or telephone appointments, if these options are suitable for your needs. If you are happy to access the service using these methods, we are still accepting referrals here. If you only wish to have face-to-face appointments, we would encourage you to get in contact once we resume face-to-face support. You can keep up to date on developments here on the website .
Thank you for your patience and flexibility during this time. For information about dealing with anxiety during this time, please click here. You can also click here to find information about Mental Health and Wellbeing applications.

Our therapy services have always incorporated delivering treatments via telephone, video call and instant messaging, therefore our therapists are trained and experienced in delivering therapies through these channels
We have maintained the range of treatments on offer
We have obtained feedback from clients who have tried our phone or video call options and we are pleased to report that they were happy with this alternative to face-to-face treatment.
We are now offering workshops and group therapy online
We continue to offer treatment in first language where possible, through the use of interpreters
We are working towards re-opening our switchboard, however can be reached via frequently monitored email accounts.
We recognise that many people prefer face-to-face treatment. We are working hard to be able to offer this to those who need it most once we can do this in a way that keeps you and our staff safe. We will update our website with progress in this area.
Throughout this period of adjustment, we have continued to liaise with other services in the borough to maintain joint working
