LGBQ Wellbeing

Talking Therapies Southwark offers an LGBQ
Wellbeing group which is suitable for patients who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or those who have another minority sexual orientation such as ‘queer’ or ‘pansexual’. This group is designed to be a safe space for LGBQ people to learn about cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approaches to dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression. It is not necessary for a person’s sexual orientation to be playing a role in their difficulties in order for them to attend this group. The group runs for 8 consecutive weekly sessions.
