CBT follow-up workshop
The usual 3-monthly workshops scheduled for people who have completed a course of group or individual CBT in our service have been cancelled. We would encourage you to continue reviewing the materials delivered in your CBT sessions and consolidate the strategies you have learnt.
We will provide the dates for future workshops in due course. Thank you for your patience.
Mindfulness drop-in sessions
The usual monthly drop-in at Jamyang for people who have completed MBCT with us, or MBSR at Jamyang, is cancelled but instead there will be an online session held over zoom. If you have completed an 8-week MBCT course in TTS and would like to attend, please see details about how to join here:

Are you a Changes for Health graduate? Making changes to eating and physical activity behaviours are rarely easy, and we can all experience ups and downs in maintaining improvements. Booster sessions are a monthly opportunity to check in, to refresh on strategies you’ve learnt, and get back on track. The sessions are held every month, in the evening.
